In terms of spatial layout, through the flow, connectivity and guidance of space, the entrance area, business district, central waterscape square, roof garden, and public green space between houses are organically and naturally channeled, and the public landscape space is fully used, so that each landscape element is naturally integrated, and the interface is clear without being stiff.
The traffic organization mode adopts the road system of complete separation of people and vehicles, and the vehicle routes are limited to the area around the park. General vehicles are not allowed to pass through the community, and the fire passage is designed implicitly. The pedestrian line is arranged as a loop line around the building, making the whole road landscape rich and diverse, "straight and curved platform, unobstructed".
